Baroda Branch of WIRC of ICAI is not responsible for any consequential/incidental damages, losses, injury or data corruption including but not limited to hacking, tampering or unauthorized use of your account. Baroda Branch of WIRC of ICAI  retains the right to take legal action, and solve legal disputes as per the laws of India, in cases including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or misuse of the site. Baroda Branch of WIRC of ICAI is not obligated to take any actions when a complaint is made about fraud or otherwise. All decisions made by Baroda Branch of WIRC of ICAI and its site administrators are final. In any case of a linguistic dispute of these terms, the most current English version shall always prevail. In any event where a term of this agreement fails to be valid or enforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain intact. Baroda Branch of WIRC of ICAI retains the right to change any of these terms, the site and its content and any products and/or services at any time without prior notice.
