NOTICE TO USERS: The ACFE Member Directory application (the Database) is provided on-line as a service to members for their professional use. By accessing the Database, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-

The information contained in the Database may not be used for the purpose of distributing:
   
1 Unsolicited commercial advertisements or promotions of a commercial product or service
2 Messages in furtherance of any illegal act, including violations of any state or federal criminal or civil laws or regulations
3 Threatening or harassing messages, materials, or images
4 Messages that advocate violence or discrimination towards other people
5 Unsolicited pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material
6 Unsolicited chain letters or chain emails
7 Any other unsolicited message or material deemed by ACFE to be inappropriate
   
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in restricted access to the Members’ Only section of the ACFE website, restriction of ACFE member benefits, disciplinary action in accordance with the ACFE Disciplinary Procedures, or such other disciplinary actions, including but not limited to legal or equitable claims for relief, as may be deemed appropriate by ACFE.

 

Baroda ICAI products are not to be distributed or sold as is or modified through another website, CD, CDR, CDRW, DVD or any other source whatsoever. All Baroda ICAI material, trademarks, sites and their content are the property and copyright of Baroda ICAI and cannot be used by anyone without prior written consent, this term remains even if with the purchase or download of a product and/or membership. Baroda ICAI products are meant for download and personal website design or website design for a client only. The completion of registration and site usage confirms your acceptance of and binding to these terms, as well as confirms that none of the information you are providing is fraudulent or incorrect and is complete. Provision of incomplete, false or fraudulent information breaches this contract and its terms. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you fully indemnify all Baroda ICAI employees, officers, directors, licensees, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, advertisers, promoters or otherwise. These terms can at any time be changed without notice and continual use of the site(s), products and services maintains your confirmation of the most current terms.

 

Clients Accounts:-

 

As a member or to use Baroda ICAI products and/or services you are not required to provide links from any of your sites to Baroda ICAI. The option is available and always appreciated. If you are interested, please visit our Link Us section. To obtain our Premium products and/or services you must sign up for an account/membership requiring your information to be recorded and kept on file with Baroda ICAI. It may be necessary to provide your information to secured server third-party payment solutions such as PayPal and 2C0, and you are bound by those third-party payment solutions terms and conditions. Your information will not be provided to any third-party other than third-party payment solutions. Baroda ICAI is not responsible for charges incurred from charge-backs. All transaction fees associated to e-transfers are your responsibility. Baroda ICAI reserves the right to investigate any transaction and withhold funds pending verification of the source and/or your identity. Baroda ICAI accounts are non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception for an account to be refunded is when an account is proven to have been opened fraudulently by someone other than yourself. To ensure a higher level of security, you should choose a password that is both unique and relatively complex including a combination of digits, letters and/or punctuation marks. You agree that you will not provide your user name or password to any third party or allow them access to their account. Please notify Baroda ICAI if there is any suspicion of misuse of your account and Baroda ICAI will proceed as necessary. You also agree that the source of funds used for payment of your membership was not obtained by illegal means and that there is no intent to use Baroda ICAI services and site for fraudulent or prohibited activities.

 

Provision of service :-

 

Variances in software can cause malfunctions to occur including but not limited to the inability to download Baroda ICAI products or incompatibility with other types of modification software. Baroda ICAI is not responsible for such occurrences or liable for loss or interruption of business or information pertaining to, loss of profits or any other consequential loss, whether direct or indirect. Advertising for content providers or otherwise may be contained on the site(s). Baroda ICAI cannot control their hyperlinks, terms of use, content or information necessary to gain access to their site(s), purchase or use of their product(s) and service(s). No warranty is provided on any products, either expressed or implied.
